  18.   They aren't buggy. The pages themselves are buggy. The programs just added
  19. in bits to allow them to manage to handle as many of the pages out there as
  20. possible.
  21.   Anway, the 'compatable' mode seems to make things work anyway so I don't
  22. see much of a problem.
